Angela Connell has a BS degree in Computer Science. She has held various positions in the software industry
as a software developer and QA Engineer. She moved into management early on in her career and has managed
software development, QA and System Administration organizations. Angela started her technical recruiting
career thirteen years ago. She is very familiar with the challenges in hiring the best candidates both as
a recruiter and a hiring manager. She is also well aware of the importance of dealing with a knowledgeable
and professional recruiter. Angela has a proven track record and her commitment to both clients and
candidates is a testimony of her success. She has worked for reputable companies such as Unisys, Computer
Associates, Teradata/AT&T, Candle Corporation, PeopleWare Technical Resources and eMemories.com, an

Dermot Connell - ( CTO ) (dermot@rhinorecruiting.com)

Dermot Connell has a BS Degree in Computer Science from University College Dublin, Ireland. He has had a
distinguished technology career having first started out as a software developer in the field of operating
systems development. Over a 15 year period Dermot progressed through technology management ranks to the
executive ranks. He has managed a variety of technology teams across the full lifecycle of software product
development. His development experience ranges from operating systems to packaged software and the Web. His
experiences across these domains have allowed him to develop a detailed understanding of the technologies
being used by our clients and the profile and characteristics of the key people needed in order to enable
our client’s success. He has held positions with a number of companies including Peerless Systems, Goto.com
(now Yahoo Search Marketing) and IBM.
